I've been buying concert tix for a long time & have never had the ticket company call me to resolve the issue all the while kindly apologizing--great work by everyone!

Awesome gesture by @Ticketpro_Ca to call every single customer that had @Harvest_Canada tix in their cart/couldn't check out & offering them the chance to buy! Last week sucked, but they're doing their best to make things right including numerous genuine heartfelt apologies.
We recognize that this will not catch everyone who experienced a problem today, and we apologize for that. We sincerely hope that those individuals will be able to secure tickets during the next onsale.
The new onsale date will be announced early next week.
