I hope all my patriot friends had a great America 250 Anniversary Fourth of July.
Mine was the Worst Best Day, remember the boat I got yesterday, remember this morning I was cleaning it in pouring rain, I wanted so badly to take my kids to see fireworks on lake (well it didn’t happen, the reverse wouldn’t work on boat, I halfway fell out of boat when railing Ripped up from the floor ( the joke tonight was how dad almost died) oh and I jumped into lake with my glasses on didn’t even realize I lost them until 20 mins later.
I’m getting old, I’m hurting now, but Dangit I didn’t give up, I made sure my family still had a great time, have you ever loaded a 26ft 5800 lb pontoon on trailer with no reverse and stuck in slow drive, gotta line it up, get your momentum then kill the engine and coast in to the trailer all while fighting the wake of the boats hauling ass by. Recent polling data discussed in CNN segments shows stark contrasts: 64% of Republicans say they plan to display the American flag or bunting outside their homes on July 4th, compared to just 27% of Democrats (down sharply from roughly 65-68% for both parties in 2001).
