Chelsea has spent £7 billion in the past 10 years and made a £720 million loss in the that period, never registering a year of earnings since Abramovic took over. And this doesn’t even account for all the payments done outside illegally or all the ones done under BlueCo.
On the other hand, Arsenal has spent £4.7 billion in the same period and recorded a £160m loss while finishing to pay for its stadium and still recording 5 years of earnings in that period.
Only last season Chelsea made a record loss in the history of this sport, and in the next report Chelsea will show another year of horrible results. Their UEFA deal is in danger and they will probably need to sell in the summer to balance for FFP.
Have some shame before posting numbers and Chelsea.
They think they can gaslight us when after 6 years of VAR we get 1 season with a minor positive outcome from VAR after 5 seasons of hugely negative ones.
They think we forgot how they implemented special rules for Arsenal last season and ruined our season with the most absurd red cards that we never saw again.
They think we forgot how they “forgot to drew lines” for a clear offside on a title race.
They think we forgot about the accumulation of ridiculous calls and constantly being in the negative end of the VAR repercussions.
The ONLY PL team to be on that negative side in 5 out of 6 seasons, but they want to convince us we won through VAR when the effect in our season was completely minor.
Not with me!
Mad sequence. Rice wins ball cleanly. Vitinha hand balls it to take it away from rice. Vitinha holds rice leg. Rice clips neves but doesn’t stop him. Saka wins the ball cleanly off neves.
Referee… free kick to PSG. Investigate this guy. Check his property portfolio next year.
Arsenal won the same amount of games (45) as Chelsea (26) and Man Utd (19) TOGETHER this season.
Stop getting rattled by fan bases who spend their whole season watching Arsenal fight for every title while their teams where playing for nothing since November.
Emmanuel Petit on Premier League clubs mocking Arsenal after the final defeat:
🗣️ “I have to say, I found it embarrassing.
The second Arsenal lost, some Premier League clubs couldn't wait to jump on social media and remind everyone about their European trophies.
That tells you everything.
Instead of supporting an English club representing the league on the biggest stage in club football, they were busy celebrating Arsenal's pain.
For me, that's not rivalry. That's insecurity.
Arsenal were 90 minutes away from doing something special, and rather than show respect, people were desperately searching through the history books for old trophies to post online.
Why? Because they were terrified of seeing Arsenal join that club.
Let's be honest, some of these clubs spent the entire season watching Arsenal compete at a level they couldn't reach.
The jealousy was obvious.
The moment Arsenal fell short, they treated it like they had won something themselves.
That's the mentality of people who would rather see Arsenal fail than focus on their own success.
The trophy may have slipped away, but the reaction from some rivals showed exactly how much Arsenal still live rent-free in their heads.”
btw message to asrenal fans
shoutout to ur team, yall played a very tough game and its unfortunate to lose out ona trophy in a penalty shoutout, congrats on ur prem title and hopefully we face next season again
Not an Arsenal fan at all but they were robbed. From the moment the second half kicked off the referee was shocking towards them. It setup PSG’s momentum & made it tougher than the game already was. Something was said to him at HT 100%. Even talking to Gabriel before that penalty
Kepa Arrizabalaga on winning the league with Arsenal F.C.:
> “I won trophies at Chelsea, but this felt like real football again. At Arsenal, there’s an identity, there’s passion, there’s pressure every single week. You don’t just survive here — you have to dominate.
The difference shocked me. At Chelsea, every season felt like starting from zero. New managers, new projects, excuses every month. At Arsenal, everybody was obsessed with one thing only: becoming champions.
And honestly? Winning the Premier League with Arsenal means more because people actually doubted this team. We didn’t buy success overnight. We built it. The atmosphere after we won the title… I’ve never experienced anything like it in my career.
I think some Chelsea fans are angry seeing former players succeed here now, but that’s football. Sometimes you leave chaos and find a real project somewhere else.”
After the first 2.5 years of building and progress under Arteta, the next 4 have seen: Most wins, least losses, second most goals scored, least conceded, best goal difference and most points. We went from 11th when he took charge to the best team over 4 full seasons in 2.5 years.
