~Looks at my watch, counting the time left on my shift, anxious to get home to @William_Ephraim and Aerie. It's been a long shift. Too many problems and too little staff. Sighs as another call button goes off in Mr. Davis's room.~

~Digs thrpugh my baking cupboard in search of my pie pans.~ Aeire, did you take my pans? @embry_callwolf is coming to bake pies soon.

@embry_callwolf @William_Ephraim ~Mixes the pumpkin pie filling and pours it, ready to go in the oven after the apple.~ Now we have to clean up! ~Laughs at Aeries frown.~

@embry_callwolf @William_Ephraim ~Places the apple slices in the shells and adds butter and oyher ingredients, setting them on the table for the top crusts.~

@embry_callwolf @William_Ephraim ~Smiles as I watch.~ We can have her do the cut outs for the tops too. ~Checks the pumpkin cooking on the stove for tenderness determining it is ready to puree. Pours it in a collander to drain and cool.~ We need 2 for apple, 3 for pumpkin.

@embry_callwolf @William_Ephraim Always! The peels and seeds can go out to the woods for the animals. They'll enjoy that. ~Cuts the butter into the flour then gives Aerie the cutter to show her~

@embry_callwolf @William_Ephraim Here honey, let momma put your apron on first. ~as Aerie reaches for the flour. Puts the apron on and puts flour in a bowl then shows her how to measure it.~ This should be interesting. Couls you cut some of those into the slow cooker too please?

@embry_callwolf ~Washes the pans in hot soapy water, twice, and dries them.~ Either mud pies or bases. @William_Ephraim taught her that trick. I may have to put some on her Christmas list for Santa. ~Aeries eyes get wide at the mention of Santa.~

@embry_callwolf ~Watches Aerie run out the back door saying "Get the pies."~ I can make some apple butter or spiced slices too. ~Aerie runs back in with my mud covered pie pans.~ Oh....Aerie....
