@AllstateCanada There is a huge difference between rising costs and "let's take this opportunity to screw this guy over as much as we can". I even reduced the coverage on the car I replaced. Less cars and less coverage = more money. Got it.

I deleted 2 cars from my coverage and added an old 2009 Matrix - lowering the coverage on that to just liability - and the Pembridge Insurance company (@AllstateCanada) took the opportunity to actually raise my premiums. Absolutely disgusting.

I sold 2 crappy cars and only replaced one with an equally crappy car and they upped my rates hundreds of dollars for doing so. Explain, because your generic reply only adds to my irritation.

@PlayStationCA The funny thing is that I'm not even surprised. I knew @PlayStationCA support would be deeply unhelpful. It's why I've never used their products until my kid bought one.

@PlayStationCA and of course @PlayStationCA support staff don't care. "I'm just telling you how it is" is the response....doesn't matter that they clearly can fix it because they have done so many many times.

Ok @RogersHelps I've now been without a signal of any kind for a week and CANNOT get through to customer service. No internet, tv, or phone. The whole Rogers together with Shaw thing feels like a mess right now.

@RogersHelps Lol. They say they cannot help because I was a Shaw customer and I have to call Shaw support. Calling Shaw support forwards me to the same number. This is wild.

Is it just in Calgary or is @CineplexMovies playing games with showtimes everywhere to force people into upgraded showings if the big releases? Superman, and now Fantastic Four, are not even available in a standard format unless you can make a matinee? What a joke.

@RONAinc For them to not only take this position but to do so aggressively to intimidate a woman just trying to return a present had made me angry enough thay I will essentially never let this go and I may even take legal steps to address the matter.
