@Uzzell01@OpTic_MH@ShackHullreal only one I can think fits the bill of playing hardly any minutes and getting a MOTM for like 10-15 minutes of playing at the end, didn't play in PL but was certainly among it training at Man City, maybe Acun thinks he played some games
@VegasSoup@StormTroop_Aim wants to be built somewhere out near Goole, increases the catchment area to capture York, Doncaster and North Lincolnshire. Leeds have it out in Wetherby so attract most North Yorks talent like Middlesboro
@plebhere@moving_charlie@techtoby__ ยฃ261,995 in May 2024 only has the equivalent buying power of roughly ยฃ208,429 back in August 2018 (ยฃ261,995 รท 1.257). This means the actual "real world" burden of the debt has shrunk by ยฃ53,566 relative to the day the house was purchased.
@moving_charlie@techtoby__ Charlie, Inflation hurts the value of cash, but it is great for people in debt. The real value of Tobyโs mortgage shrank as inflation surged, meaning he was paying off 2018 debt with cheaper 2024 money. I think 'Best Agent' is very debateable judging by your outlook
@Uzzell01@John57201414 just make sure it's not a disabled seat, silly billy over here put himself in the disabled section, top tier behind the goal, luckily the club refunded me to try again! I thought it looked a bit of a loyalty box at a discount, then the impending doom hit me
@Boro It's all getting very petulant now, Saints need a financial punishment but not by giving Boro a free hit at the final, you have had a full season of chances to go up and give them up. Less integrity if you ended up going up now after all this and it's causing chaos for fans
@RP2218 there are people a lot older than you that will have supported city a hell of a lot longer and just go to home games, people have lives outside of football on a weekend, have some gratitude and stop being pretentious
@MillwallDan85@MillllllSE16 Admiral of the Humber is your best bet in terms of Wetherspoons, 10-15 minutes to the ground, get packed nearer kick off though as you would expect, Three Johns Scotts is a trek on foot
@RealDonKeith Supermarkets are killing pubs not the left, do a price comparison between 10 people going to a pub or having a party at home with supermarket supplies
@michelle511@moving_charlie it still is at 75% LTV as long as you achieve about 7% gross yield. Definately don't pay management fees though, biggest rip off going
@proptechpioneer@moving_charlie@alexgroundwater you are much better having one good quality BTL then loads of crappy ones, just the one means you don't need to pay management fees and the maintenance is nowhere near ยฃ2,400 unless the tenant is doing serious damage each year. I make about 2% net yield which i'm happy with
