@vuecinemas, this isn’t acceptable customer service. We don’t want compensation—we just want to use the tickets we’ve already paid for and take our daughter to see Toy Story 5 today.

@vuecinemas Today is my daughter’s 4th birthday. She’s been counting down the days to see Toy Story 5, and today was supposed to be her special day.

We bought 5 tickets through the Blue Light discount because my wife is a key worker. We have valid QR codes and have already paid.

So that’s it? A family is left unable to use tickets they’ve already paid for, on a little girl’s birthday, and nobody is willing to take ownership or help.
