We have joined @HPN4Tigray, @OmnaTigray, & @Tigrayact in writing a letter⬇️ of concern to the Hon. Antony J. Blinken @SecBlinken, the US Secretary of State, regarding the lack of implementation of the Pretoria Agreement, signed on Nov 2, 2022, between the Ethiopian govt and the TPLF.

We urge the US to affirm that the withdrawal of foreign and non-ENDF forces from #Tigray, the swift and safe return of IDPs, and justice and accountability are necessary conditions for the fulfillment of the Pretoria Agreement and the normalization of relations with the Ethiopian govt.

As the @UNHumanRights council heads to vote this week on whether ICHREE will be extended, we implore them to consider the findings outlined in their own report:
