Some exciting updates! PROPBASE SPARK Marketing Campaign is coming in strong, ready for another huge boost starting in 7-14 days, boasting a budget (10x👍) ten times larger than our previous marketing campaign pre-CEX/DEX listing.

🔷 We have received a lot of inquiries about subsequent CEX listings! The answer is Yes! $PROPS is in motion for another CEX listing partnership and is aiming for a top tier exchange. This is a lot of work so please be patient with us. Our targeted date is Q1 2024, but as you know sometimes we move faster 💪💪💪

🔷 Our pipeline of real estate development asset tokenization partnerships is expanding steadily. The recently secured $140M Asset Tokenization partnership is just the beginning, with more collaborations on the horizon to further solidify Propbase as a turn-key solution for real estate developers in bridging the gap between Web2 and Web3. ✅✅✅

🔷 Staking Update: We're gearing up for the testnet launch and have a scheduled Certik audit. The exact delivery date will be communicated as we approach the launch. Regarding our staking app, simplicity is key for our technical team. The current design allows for single-sided $PROPS staking—stake $PROPS and earn $PROPS. Each pool will be capped with a fixed APR, expiry period, and final claiming. Note, that investors will be able to un-stake at any time, subject to an additional fee. 💝💝💝

🔷 Exciting news! Our technical team has reached a significant milestone by completing the first version (V1) of the PROPBASE DApp, and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. The user interface and experience design are exceptionally intuitive, making it a breeze to navigate, and the aesthetics truly shine, particularly on iPhone Max. We're currently in the process of implementing a few additional features before diving into Alpha testing. Stay tuned!💪💪💪

🔷 In line with our transparent practices, our team will be providing token distribution highlights, with approx circulating supply figures. We will also be automating the circulating supply report through api integration directly with CoinMarketcap and Coingecko here shortly. And we will make sure to give dextools a bit of a push on our submitted application to them, which shall boost our $PROPS Dex score considerably. ✅✅✅

This is a pretty exciting time for $PROPS and Propbase, and rest assured we are hard at work making sure it's going to be an exciting next few months 🔥
