This harvesting site in North East Powys underwent a timber operations management check with Tilhill Forestry's Jay Williams and Emyr Parker.
The site consists of Scots pine, Noble fir, Sitka spruce and Japanese Larch which make for lots of great quality logs.

This is a #woodland creation project near Middlesborough is being funded by Trees on Tees and is a former landfill site which was restored in the 1970s.
The site has been mounded using a continuous mounder by a local contractor to give the #trees the best chance of getting up and away from vegetation. This will make it easier to mow, maintain and encourage the woodland to flourish.
This woodland creation is made up of native broadleaves and Scots pine with the use of #biodegradable tree shelters.
New safety and assurance bulletin!
