@hayley_hazard I was at Aintree a couple of weeks ago having scans, had lots of contrasts scan, I always gets a cold feeling & a metallic taste but feel ok after them, I always drive home; but might be best to just take it easy, not plan anything for that day, just the stress & worry of it.

@hayley_hazard @Britsuniforms The question you need to ask yourself is ‘why is my rates the prices they are’ if it’s your overheads, dropping could hurt your standard of living, if it’s to attract a certain type of client, then dropping them might attract a different type…maybe offer your regulars a discount
