Another brilliant @TILSuk course in @scotsimcentre Each time we run this course we act on feedback & it gets better. We love learning and practising as a team and getting more familiar with our equipment & procedures
Such an amazing turnout at todays TILS course! 18 candidates from across the Adult and Paediatric Emergency Department and even a representative from the Royal Berkshire Hospital!
A day full of trauma lectures, workshops and scenarios! #TILS#trauma#ED#emergencynursing

A very successful TILS session so far today. A great variety of candidates with adult and paediatric backgrounds. Informative lectures and skills stations on CABCDE, stabbings, blast injuries, burns and long term hard collar placement.
Challenging trauma scenarios to come!
A sneak peak at our most recent @TILSuk course with our newly formed faculty.

@gilesfarrington@TaRTS_course Standard to maintain knowledge and skills would be level 1 trauma training every 12-18 months. Similar for level 2 TQUIN. Your trust/trauma network should have programme. Are you near @TILSYorksHumber they can advise.
@gilesfarrington#TILS was set up by several years ago @BruceArmstron12 to meet level 1 TQUINS. Trauma networks can attend training days and then run their own study day tailored to their network.
Tarts is airedales own level 1 Trauma day.
