My 23 Rivian R1T went into service for the whole month of July. service ticket for axel click noise, suspension clunk. I received the truck back with it still clunking even after new struts and half shafts. I removed the wheels to investigate myself. This is what I found!

One would think that service would have caught this. But I guess unless you show them proof they don’t see or hear anything you have issues with. I had to kindly ask the service tech to get out of the driver seat and let me drive to show them.

@dominos please get this store some help! I ordered 2 items for carry out at 6:14p and here we are at 6:46p and my order hasn’t been made yet. Now says est time is 7:04-7:14. A whole hour! But when you place a new order is says carry out is says 8-18 minutes.

@Tesla @elonmusk I should be able to purchase these no matter what model I have. I contacted support and I’m basically told I can’t purchase these wheels. And “if” I were able to then they would cost more. How does this make sense????
