Very disappointed in @VirginMediaIE - cancelled my account within the "cooling off" period but was still put on a 30 days notice period to pay for one month. What's the point of a "cooling off period" then? Makes no sense and customer service couldn't care less!
9:38 train departing from Ashtown to Connolly is late by 18 mins this morning. EVERY SINGLE DAY your trains are late. Could you please explain why you're so unreliable and why there seems to be no end to it? Are you ever going to improve? @IrishRail

@AerLingus if our flight from Dublin to London Gatwick is at 7:05am but we haven't checked in our bags yet - how many hours before the flight should we arrive at? Would 2 hours be enough? Please advise!
