It should come as no great surprise that a Democratic Party which has abandoned working class people would find that the working class has abandoned them.
While the Democratic leadership defends the status quo, the American people are angry and want change.
And they’re right.
The late, great STL sportswriter Rick Hummel loved Tommy Edman. He always talked gleefully about him. The 2 got to know each other well in the clubhouse over the years. And now, on a team with Ohtani & Betts, Edman has won the NLCS MVP, leading the Dodgers to the World Series. Man, I wish we could hear from Rick right now.
