For what it's worth, the problem with @zoho mail seems to only be the web interface at https://t.co/PKJ5hUhYjQ. My mail client, which uses https://t.co/TRNje3bwkF, is receiving mail. And websites like https://t.co/KujBMciEm0 also report no problem. Weird.
We regret to inform an outage on @ZohoMail. Users on the US DC may not be able to login and access our services. Our team is actively working on addressing it. -PP
@Zoho must have done something that causes existing browser sessions to fail. I was able to open the web interface in an Incognito browser.
But now https://t.co/KujBMciEm0 reports Zoho Mail is down

Today, I'm struggling with @Shopify. For the 2nd time in 3 months, they've changed the names of column headers in a CSV export. Every attempt to contact someone to file an issue directed me to an AI chat bot. Here's what it had to say on customer experience:

I pay for Business Assist Support and did talk to a support person not long after filing. He said he would escalate the ticket, but now it has sat untouched for 4-1/2 days. The ticket status says an agent has been assigned and is reviewing my case. What is going on?
@MicrosoftHelps It has been 4 business days since I opened a ticket requesting help with broken Authenticator. Authenticator needs me to log in using a 2-digit code from Authenticator, which it obviously can't give.
@FitbitSupport @fitbit At some point Google went from "don't be evil" to "build marketable profiles of users by any means necessary". After Google's acquisition of Fitbit, this kind of UI change and disregard for users with long attention spans shouldn't really be surprising. Sad, but not surprising.
@FitbitSupport @fitbit I suspect the new "focus on you" app is aimed at getting me to share more about myself with Google, which happens in the initial profile setup, and my value to to Fitbit/Google declines after that. It makes sense that features built for long time users would have low priority.
