Our brand new truck is on its debut tour, to Tampere in Finland and Tallinn in Estonia.

Whenever possible, it will run on HVO fuel - a cleaner, non-toxic, and biodegradable fuel that reduces CO2 emissions by up to 90% compared to conventional fuel. The team at transport company @kbeventltd worked closely with us to build a bespoke refrigerated trailer, to transport our instruments with both style and care.

The truck may be Philharmonia red, but we’re on the road to making our tours greener and more sustainable.

Look out for the truck (pictured here outside Tampere’s Concert Hall with our longtime driver Paul McPherson) out and about around London, Bedford, Leicester, Canterbury and Basingstoke, or indeed all around Europe – and if you spot it, share your pictures with us!
