@IronMaiden I got the Infinite Dreams book for Christmas. Brilliant! My copy is upside down and back to front relative to the front cover. Is this unique? 🤔
@DoctorPerin Got to learn how to do that in training where there was a significant language and cultural difference, so it was the only thing to do. Powerful!
@DoctorPerin I have. Far more rewarding and stimulating than my previous career in medicine. Although my medical degree was often not welcome in psychotherapy training.
@drphilhammond I left the NHS 17 years ago and I still wouldn’t fully describe my experience of working for it. There is also a culture external to the NHS which still tells me “Don’t Speak”. Whilst a lot of this is active, there is so much more that is passive.
@rtenews Amazing to hear the plan in the budget today to build new towns, along with the national rail infrastructure. Just so they don’t collapse our current towns, reduce us to gridlock and make sure we never leave home again. Oh wait!
@rtenews Completely in line with the plan for a full national rail infrastructure to get us out of our cars. The carbon tax should only affect us for a few short months given the plan, announced today, for the epic rail based national public transport network. Oh wait!
@GeorgeDobell1@backandacross@legsidelizzy Wonderful!! Stopped to chat to Churchy at Hove last year, he and I were at the same school albeit he is 5 years my senior. Lovely bloke!! Hope to see him back down next year (with Sussex’s promotion).
@DrEilidhMaria I left the NHS after 5 years of “service” in 2007. I’m still sad that it came to that and my dream evaporated but ultimately it was the right decision for me and I never looked back. I never fully shared my experience of working within it but safe to say it wasn’t great.
