In my legal opinion, the best alternative for a transition like that in Venezuela is the amnesty law, as it is collective, completely extinguishes criminal proceedings (without records or stigma), accelerates mass releases, and promotes reconciliation without impunity for serious crimes (aligned with international standards such as the ICC).
Other options are individual, slow, and leave judicial traces, prolonging injustices in a politicised system.
It is pragmatic for healing divisions and avoiding reprisals, as in successful transitions (e.g., South Africa).
The arguments presented by the tyranny and the false opposition who is not Represented by Maria Corina are invalid.
The USA is right to press for the swift release of political prisoners, and it seems to me that the USA will have to hire their own independent lawyers to establish the guidelines for that amnesty for its rapid implementation, by force through the National Assembly.
The problem is not the amnesty but those who manipulate it.

PETITION FOR THE IMMEDIATE APPREHENSION OF DIOSDADO CABELLO RONDÓN

The US Department of Justice, the US Department of State, and the US Southern Command.
RE: Enforcement of Outstanding Arrest Warrants and Indictments against Diosdado Cabello Rondón.

I. PURPOSE
This petition is submitted on behalf of concerned citizens and members of the Venezuelan diaspora to formally request that the United States government take immediate, decisive action to apprehend Diosdado Cabello Rondón.
Despite the capture of Nicolás Maduro, Cabello continues to wield de facto power, manipulating the Venezuelan people and actively obstructing the democratic transition process.
II. LEGAL BASIS UNDER US AND VENEZUELAN LAW
US Federal Indictments:
Cabello remains under a superseding indictment in the Southern District of New York on charges of narco-terrorism conspiracy, cocaine importation conspiracy, and firearms offences.
Narcotics Rewards Program:
There is an active $25 million reward offered by the US Department of State for information leading to his arrest or conviction.
Violations of Human Rights:
Under both international standards and Venezuelan Law, Cabello is accused of overseeing violent crackdowns on political dissent and managing repressive security apparatuses that have caused extreme political turmoil.
III. JUSTIFICATION FOR URGENT ACTION
Obstruction of Transition: Cabello is currently using his control over the Bolivarian National Guard and “the collectives” to incite chaos and intimidate the population, serving as a primary hurdle to the stabilisation efforts led by instructions of the US government to Interim President Delcy Rodríguez, who is to blame for many crimes.
Criminal Command:
As the "real ringleader" of the security faction, his continued freedom allows him to maintain a corrupt patronage system and ensure the survival of the previous regime's most repressive elements.
Ultimatum Non-Compliance:
While Washington has issued ultimatums for his cooperation, his public signals of defiance, personally leading armed units through Caracas, demonstrate that only his removal from power will allow for free and fair elections.
IV. CONCLUSION
The Venezuelan people seek justice. We urge the US authorities to expand "Operation Absolute Resolve" to include the apprehension of Diosdado Cabello to end his de facto rule and allow for the restoration of the rule of law in Venezuela.

Liberar a los presos políticos en Venezuela sin una ley de amnistía no es factible de manera masiva y legalmente expedita, ya que la mayoría enfrenta cargos penales formales (aunque motivados políticamente), y se requiere un mecanismo jurídico para extinguir las causas, eliminar antecedentes y restaurar derechos.

Elon is right he is a serious freedom fighter.

X operates as a global communications service, not a publisher exercising editorial control in the traditional sense.
Since acquiring the platform, Musk has publicly committed to reducing opaque content moderation practices and restoring lawful speech that had previously been suppressed under political or ideological pressure.
That shift inevitably places X at odds with regulatory cultures in parts of Europe that favour pre-emptive control of speech rather than post-hoc enforcement of clearly defined laws.
While states are entitled to investigate genuine cybercrime, the context matters, and in this case, it doesn’t, it is politically motivated to force the US to accept overreaching EU laws.
The raid on X’s French offices, followed by a summons of the platform’s owner rather than technical or compliance staff, is highly unusual.
It is conveying that the target is not specific criminal conduct, but the platform’s governance philosophy itself.
When enforcement actions focus on speech standards rather than demonstrable harm, they begin to resemble political signalling more than neutral law enforcement.
It is also notable that the hearing is described as “voluntary”. If clear criminal violations existed, compulsory judicial mechanisms would already be in motion.
This suggests the investigation may be exploratory, or intended to exert leverage, rather than to prosecute a defined offence.
Freedom of expression under European law is not absolute, because Global Left Interest are fusing to the principle itself exceptions, and that opens the door to abuse, but it is still a foundational democratic principle.
Applying regulatory pressure in a way that chills lawful speech, or penalises platforms for declining to enforce broad or subjective speech controls, risks undermining that principle.
A democracy should be confident enough to tolerate dissent, controversy, and uncomfortable speech without resorting to punitive oversight.

If the law is being applied evenly, transparently, and without regard to political outcomes, then scrutiny is justified. Why all this is happening?
We can reach a Type I civilisation, also known as a planetary civilisation, with the technological advancement needed and where a species can harness and utilise all the energy available on its home planet, without handing over sovereignty to any worldwide organisation.

I urge the United States, as a beacon of liberty and our steadfast partner, to respond decisively.
Impose targeted sanctions on UK officials complicit in these policies, restrict trade privileges that reward such anti-democratic behaviour, and apply diplomatic pressure to restore freedoms. The US must not stand idly by while an ally descends into oppression, and must punish the UK economically and politically until reforms are enacted.
Prime Minister, history will judge you harshly if you do not reverse course. Look at Maduro’s destiny, don't think you can just go away without paying the consequences of your acts.
Restore freedom of speech, end unlawful surveillance, secure our borders, honour Brexit, and protect our cultural identity.
The world is watching, and the consequences must be swift.
