@godslayerxalt Not only that, literally every enemy in the game has effect resistance to the point DOTs would go from guaranteed with enough EHR to 69-80% hitting. Not even them, debuffs in general like Pela would suffer

@in_jinertia @Razor_Language Having DOTs go from guaranteed hits to 80% or even 60% would feel like shit. EHR is too baked into the game to the point you'd have to rework a lot of lc, passives, and boss resistances. The fact you're pretending none of this is connected says everything.

@in_jinertia @Razor_Language That's not the only reason and you know it. It also affects the rate in which their debuffs actually HIT enemies. Same reason why EHR works on lc suchs as pearls, nihility battlepass, Cipher sig. You'd also have to rework all of that but of course you didn't think about it.
