On March 28, I added my channel to CMS and left the YouTube Partner Program as required. After completing the required waiting period, I reapplied for YPP. However, my channel has now been under review for more than 2 months.

I have contacted YouTube Support multiple times through chat and email, but I continue to receive the same response that the matter is with the internal team. Unfortunately, I have not received any explanation regarding why the review is taking so long or what issue is preventing monetization.

I completely understand that reviews can take time, but waiting over two months without any clear update is very concerning. This delay is causing significant financial losses and affecting my work as a creator.

I respectfully request that someone from the YouTube team personally review my case and provide an update on the status of my application and the reason for the extended review period.

Your assistance would mean a lot to me. Thank you for your time and support.

सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने सांपों के ज़हर की तस्करी से जुड़े मामले में यूट्यूबर और 'बिग बॉस' विजेता एल्विश यादव पर चल रही आपराधिक कार्यवाही को रद्द कर दिया है.

कोर्ट ने कहा कि इस केस में दर्ज की गई शिकायत और FIR में कई खामियां हैं. कोर्ट ने साफ कहा कि इस तरह की शिकायत कानूनी आधारों पर सही नहीं ठहरती.

कोर्ट ने यह भी कहा कि जब शिकायत ही वैध नहीं है, तो अन्य मुद्दों पर विचार करने की जरूरत नहीं है.

नई दिल्ली: यूट्यूबर एल्विश यादव से जुड़े चर्चित मामले में सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने बड़ा फैसला सुनाते हुए उनके खिलाफ चल रही आपराधिक कार्यवाही को रद्द कर दिया है।

कोर्ट ने साफ कहा कि इस मामले में दर्ज FIR कानून की कसौटी पर टिक नहीं पाती। सुनवाई के दौरान कोर्ट ने खास तौर पर NDPS एक्ट और वाइल्डलाइफ प्रोटेक्शन एक्ट की कुछ धाराओं की वैधता पर विचार किया और पाया कि इन धाराओं के तहत कार्रवाई उचित नहीं थी।

दरअसल, एल्विश यादव पर आरोप था कि वीडियो शूट में सांप के ज़हर का इस्तेमाल किया गया और कथित तौर पर रेव पार्टियों में ड्रग्स से जुड़ाव था।
