@DrJaninaRamirez Sending love and hope you feel better soon. Last year I had a Pacemaker fitted as my Heart Rate dropped to an average of 40 bpm, and occasionally dropped even lower causing a couple of blackouts. The NHS were faultless I agree that they are over worked and great at what they do

@B_E_Andre The removal of best before dates is a total scam. Introduced to ‘stop wastage’. Result is we throw them in the bin instead of the supermarkets, whilst the supermarkets make money from rotten food 😡 Happens weekly when we shop.
