@itssalvadiaz We had that happen. They used the code to change my wife's password. Something didn't seem right so I accessed the account. Money was being moved between accounts. I called the bank and they froze the accounts before anything was taken.

@Ravious101 Our home is 1500 sq ft, newer windows, 80% efficiency furnace, standard insulation. Last month we used 538 kWh. Looks like a "house" problem rather than a "utility" problem. Have you had an audit? Many electric companies will perform free.
