The handoff completed at slot 444625255: Alpenglow genesis block formed and TowerBFT is retired. 

Testnet now finalizes with Votor and votes have entirely moved off-chain.

Devnet is next. Mainnet-beta after our observation period.

The Alpenglow feature gate is active on testnet. The 5,000 slot countdown is running, ~17 minutes to the migration boundary.

At the boundary: validators confirm the final TowerBFT block at 82% of stake, then Votor takes over on testnet.

This also marks the end of an era. Once Alpenglow is activated on Testnet, operators will no longer be able to run Frankendancer on Testnet. Kudos to @jump_firedancer for the milestone. Frankendancer has had a big impact on the ecosystem 🔥
