A nice surprise when I arrived home from supporting at the grand national. Today I have received my 10 years of service with @stjohnambulance. I am still proud to be a volunteer.

Today I’ve had a nice trip upto Kendal for @stjohnambulance to set it the training room so we can train vaccinators. Time to have a relax before work tomorrow. I hope you all have a lovely weekend @SJAVolTraining #mysjaday @SJAVolunteering

Today was the strangest remembrance sunday I have completed as a member of @stjohnambulance. Myself, Viv and Rob went a layer the wreath for the Cadet and Adult unit this afternoon for @SJASouthport. #LestWeForget #StJohnPeaople @sjamerseyside @SJAVolunteering

@merseyrail what is going on with the trains from Southport. We have been told there is only 1 operational platform and the 07:38 hasn't moved and no information is being passed to us. The weather is not as bad as Tuesday.
