It actually starts getting cold from late October in many cities, Newyork included. She may have the months mixed up.

It fluctuates a bit for sure before winter fully kicks in. But for someone that’s from Lagos, Nigeria, the cold is different from what you are used to. So yeah 45 to 60 deg Fahrenheit (7-16 deg Celsius) could feel cold

An executive came out from Leipzig (can’t remember if he was the president or something) to say nothing was closed. See I’m not against Fab. The deal will probably go through in the end. Sometimes these things happen and it’s okay. They can’t know it all.

But your defense is weak. Even if it eventually happens, it didn’t happen when he said it did. And when he says here we go, it means the deal is done. It may fall off due to medicals failing or other issues but at the first here we go, it’s expected to be done. All good though, I still trust Fab regardless.

This other guy said it wasn’t done and was dropping updates. Never said it won’t be done. So far it appears the deal wasn’t done at the time Fab said it was.
