@heavyoilcontry VGK is not the only team to disrespect players and coaches. VGK took advantage of a flawed system, designed by the NHL, when entering the league. VGK is not the only team to have circumvented the cap. As for the SA allegations, give it a rest. CH was cleared of charges.
@jeffstire5@CanadianPolling I agree.
My point was that everybody deserves to be heard. Unfortunately there are not enough people or groups forcing the government to notice that the last increase was in 2018. With inflation increase, Albertans should be at $18.50 to have the same quality of life as in 2018.
@Reil76 The country wouldn't need to send out the grocery cheque if it didnt take so much from you. Simple fact, you are taxed 40 to 45 cents for every dollar you earn. Wouldn't you rather have the money in your pocket and not need a token hand out from the government?
@pearlosnhlpow@yaoisaitl Especially without Bedard!!!
Larkin is a solid player but some of the returns for him people have suggested will never happen.
@jimmathesonnhl There is no rush to choose the next coach. Speaking with as many candidates, whether that is in person or video calls, is what is best for the team. Listening to different perspectives is never a bad thing. I respect and agree with SB not rushing to a decision.
@TopTierPucks@Kgill39@oiltruth29 Well, if you are going to do hypothetical, why not:
Dobes
Hutson
Suzuki
Slavkovsky
27 1st round
28 1st round
29 1st round
For McDavid and Jarry and Janmark?
Seems more legit and comprehensible for the world's #1 player.
@MikeLauriente@MarkCarney_Ego Under this Liberal govt we are declining further. If you own a vehicle, own a home, buy food, have a cell phone, fortunate enough to have a savings account, all basic nice life expectations, you are taxed 40 to 45 cents for every dollar you earn.
@low_reed@LiamHorrobin@tyleryaremchuk A hockey trade that hopefully benefits both teams and both players.
The Oilers get a good shoot first player who fits within the win now window. TB trades a prospect who might not have signed and gets a prospect who projects to be a solid 3C. Both teams got what they wanted.
@SportsThor Any team drafting a Russian takes a calculated risk that the player may never cross over. Its a risk many NHL teams have taken and not just the Oilers have been disappointed. Are you saying every team who drafts and can't sign the player doesnt reflect well or only the Oilers?
@FierySharky As an Oilers fan, i do not cheer for either team. I would love to see Hall hoist the cup. I have always appreciated Marners skill and would have loved to see him on my team. I will also cheer for him to win the cup. Both have had controversial careers. Both deserve the cup.
@13Leafs01@mcclusk Your opinion is that Marner is a villain, and or the only reason the Leafs perform poorly in the playoffs? Marners worth while surrounded by a good mix of talent is on display. The Leafs missed the playoffs without him, he leads playoff scoring, and VGK is in the finals with him.
@Madi39 Didn't the deal fall through because Gibson said no? He didnt want to share the net with Skinner. 1A, 1B. To my knowledge it wasnt Bowman that didnt say no.
@DerekMackey13@murdochdavis Agreed. But, the coaches should have the opportunity to seek employment after being fired.
It will be interesting to see where this issue goes in future signings.
