Ukrainian forces have made a major breakthrough on Lyman frontline and have completely destroyed a large Russian salient liberating 5 villages in the process forcing the Russians to withdraw completely west across the Nitrius River.

The breakthrough continues to have momentum towards the villages of Terny and Ivanivka whilst fighting continues to liberate another village Kolodyazi. An interesting situation is also occurring on Russians northern flank where ukrianain forces have managed to liberate the town of Novomykhailivka which threatens the Russians from another angle.
