When the CDC lumps vaccinated cases into an “unknown” bucket, the headline number — 95% unvaccinated — becomes impossible to verify. And here is the data point that doesn’t get coverage: more deaths from the MMR vaccine have been reported to VAERS in the past 20 years than measles deaths in the same period. If the disease itself is less deadly than the vaccine reporting system suggests, the argument for mandating it rather than offering it as an elective, fully safe option deserves serious scrutiny.
