One of our PhD students, @AlexMEhlert, is doing a online study w/ runners for part of his dissertation. It's looking at the interactions between psych factors, GI issues, and nutrition. Participation takes ~30 min. Check out the attached flyer and consider helping him out!

Ultimately we have some evidence of a potential entourage effect and if we can safely give athletes (through strict processing and testing) full spectrum CBD it should be best practice.
Science friends familiar with WADA testing and research: CBD is not on the prohibited list, but all other naturally occurring phytocannabinoids are. THC has urinary threshold 150ng/ml but presence of any other cannabinoid at any level is prohibited in competition. 1/2
