#Verizon had a terrible experience replacing old phone with a new one. Only been a loyal customer for 20 years. All I asked for was a call back after escalating the issue. Crickets. Maybe BOOST Mobile would appreciate my (signifcant) acct. Next Step: Executive Escalation?
@Chase@SouthwestAir so I called @Chase & transferred to @SouthwestAir for about 2 HRS, & sent me back to @Chase . No one could explain where my $1,500 is or if/when it will be returned. The missing $500 gift card is still a mystery. Thanks for a great Saturday Nite.
@SouthwestAir 117 minutes on hold......I really just want my $1,000 back. Is there anyone at the Call Center or is this just a cruel joke to ruin my Saturday night? ( and potentially Sunday morning)
So....@SouthwestAir , I've been on hold now for 100+ minutes because you website stated my transaction couldn't be processed, but charged me $1000 for the the same transactions. Maybe someday, sometime, just maybe a Customer Service agent will help me(?)
