@BeeTEE15 I'm still a bit underwhelmed by the off-season. That being said, Zegras 9.1, Foerster 7, Drysdale 6.5, Vladar 5.5 is incredible work by Briere. The Zegras/Drysdale contracts changed my mind a little. Now go get that big piece 1C/D-PPQB and we are good.

@BroadStHockey Grebenkin 13th forward. Bump in the lineup. Pretty simple. Several options. Bump 3LW/Barkey 4LW or the opposite, or Bump 3 LW/Barkey 3C, Cates 4LW creating ultimate shutdown line with Couturier and Acciari.

@Timmy_G_Erie @SuitableAlias I completely get being way down on the Jett pick. That said, I didn't and still don't get the hate on the Nesbitt pick. If the kid gains 20-30 pounds and improves his skating just a little bit he could be an absolute beast.

@Ywolok @FlyerItUp Love the pod, appreciate the optimism but 90% of 1C's are drafted top 3. McDavid, Celebrini, Crosby, Barkov, Eichel, Matthews, etc. Besides Eichel needing neck surgery these guys don't get to free agency/traded. This

McDavid, Eichel, Barkov, Crosby, Matthews, Celebrini, etc. They will never draft that high again. Short of a broken neck (Eichel) nobody trades these guys. Mushy middle.

Another day and Briere does nothing, can't even re-sign his own players. Meanwhile a team who loaded up on draft picks over the last three years including five in the top 50 in 2025 barely shows up in Wheeler's top 100 prospects list. Im just being negative though I guess #Flyers

@Brodes81 At least they aren't the #Flyers forget improving the team, Briere can't even get his own key RFA's signed without drama in large part because he decided to change NHL salary structure with a massive offer sheet BEFORE locking up Zegras and Drysdale.
