The Burnley question: is all going to plan in Labour’s ‘most winnable seat’? What on earth were the Lib Dems thinking? Publicly to trade for the vote of a particular community is pork barrel politics at its worst. A meeting to avoid, that plays to Farage. https://t.co/yyFA0AFQea
@NatashaC@lewis_goodall@HenryRiley1 Unfortunately what Richard Tice alleges is accurate. Walk down Keighley’s Cavendish Street and you will see six smart barber’s shops. Empty.
Ironically the one shop in which I used to get my hair cut has shut.
@TitanicBelfast@alva_uk Not sure I want a truly ‘immersive’ experience in relation to RMS Titanic. Certainly would avoid a ‘submersive’ experience at all costs…..
https://t.co/dFCXoGbGKp It seems to me that if there is the slightest suspicion that The Supreme Court is pursuing a political agenda, then as a country the USA is screwed.
What I find distressing about this is that the beating took place in 1984 at Eton. At the Public School I attended, beatings were a thing of the past 20 years earlier. What was it about the culture of that disgusting school that left it so adrift of modern thought? @BorisJohnson
I am 76 years old, I have been a football fan as long as I remember. Today is The FA Cup Final. For the first time in my life I have no interest in it. At all. Two hateful clubs who know the price of everything and the value of nothing.
