@AdobeCare Usually v happy with customer service. But wasted day & some evening. 2 completely different approaches to same issue. Fixed AM but resorted back upon power up. Now being told my fault no attempt to fix PM. Keywords lost so no real point staying with Adobe. #letdown

@AdobeCare Thanks been in chat for over hour no resolution. Frustrating as back from holiday so nothing changed except I'm really busy. Adobe used to be so reliable and robust & the only option for Pros but in my experience sadly no longer the case. I have ON1 as plugin may switch full time

WOW. NEW LOW for @creativecloud @AdobeCare Bridge not showing file names so advice is I have to move 200+ GB 841 folders and 35,764 files to my desktop. Thankfully a waste of time as have terrabytes on other drives. Morning wasted and still no solution & no work getting done ☹️

Getting sick and tired of @AdobeCare photoshop crashing. Loosing work and wasting time. Used to be seamless then downhill since the 2019 update in December. Raise your game or I'm sure you'll be loosing renewals.
