@sprint everyone at my work can have an email forwarded to a text. All other carriers do not block their texts. Sprint is the only carrier to have this issue. So frustrating.Been a Sprint customer for many years. They don’t value quality or finding a resolution. #sprintistheworst

@sprint two weeks, two open tech support tickets, seven different CS reps and 4 failed to call back calls. No resolution for my simple problem. This is the worst service ever. I work in CS - Sprint does not care at all about the customer.
