A few days from now, it will be three months since Christopher Goddy, a comrade and musician better known as 'King Zale,' was abducted from Kamokya. His family is very distressed, having looked for him everywhere without a trace.

As usual, the regime whose men abducted King Zale remains completely silent about his whereabouts – the same silence it has maintained about all other comrades who have been missing for several years now! We continue demanding for his immediate release from illegal detention and an end to this impunity!

We deserve an apology or even compensation for the trauma, torture, days we spent on remand, transport and time we used while attending those court sessions which were later dismissed because of lack of prosecution.

@kezagloria44 Am not saying she's above the law at all, what is needed is to follow the law in execution of whatever is being done. You can't disappear someone for days then present to court in a frail state and say that is the law. That isn't the law at all. Hopefully you get it

Hon. @miriamatembe has been granted bail on several grounds including advanced age, ill health, and presumption of innocence.

Old age is one of the requirements that automatically makes one be granted bail and Hon. Miria Matembe passes that requirement. Court says it’s not mandatory 💀🤦🏾‍♀️
