Politics reveals the quality of our leadership.
I'm a veteran with more than 27 years of leadership experience in the U.S. Army, leading soldiers at every level through training, combat, and global operations. During my final nine years, I served as a Command Sergeant Major—the commander's principal enlisted advisor—helping lead large organizations through periods of change, modernization, and transformation.
I've seen remarkable leaders, terrible leaders, and every shade in between. I've also failed enough times to know that leadership is far messier than most people admit.
Today, I'm focused on the Constitution, America First interests, and the incentives that drive government and institutions.
Leadership isn’t always easy to spot.
Sometimes the person in front gets the credit for setting the vision and giving direction. Other times, the real leader is the one carrying the weight and making sure the whole team stays standing.
The strongest teams need both.
Leadership isn’t about titles—it’s about doing whatever the moment requires.
What do you think: does leadership come from giving direction, or from carrying the team when it matters most? 👇
We know it’s AI but who initially posted it and for what reason?
If his staffers are attempting to deceive the nation, definitely would be an ethics violation but if using tax payer dollars to do it, then it’s probably criminal.
Seems a little suspicious that nobody from Mitch’s family or the GOP has came out with valid evidence for proof of life.
Fix teaching the same way we fix every other critical profession: raise standards, raise pay, and enforce accountability.
- Pay teachers enough to attract top talent.
- Require rigorous subject-matter competency—not just education credentials.
- Evaluate teachers on multiple measures, including student growth and classroom performance.
- Create a career ladder that rewards excellence without forcing great teachers into administration.
- Make it easier to remove ineffective teachers.
- Hold administrators and teacher-training programs accountable as well.
- Restore classroom discipline so teachers can actually teach and students can learn without disruption from unruly classmates.
- Give parents meaningful school choice.
The bargain is simple: if society wants to treat teachers as professionals, teachers must accept professional standards and accountability.
@LauraLoomer If government employees used official channels or taxpayer resources to knowingly distribute fabricated images, that could raise serious ethics and administrative issues, even if it did not lead to criminal charges.
@FFT1776@LeaderJohnThune He’s an opportunist who’s married to a Democrat and raised Democrat children. He’s either a sad man that is openly abused by his family or he’s a Democrat pretending to be a Republican to hold a senate seat in a Republican favored state.
Understanding Marxism’s philosophical roots is important, but defeating it in America requires citizens to be engaged in their own communities beyond social media. It has to be won locally before you can destroy it nationally.
Marxism gains ground when people lose faith in family, faith, community, and the principles of individual liberty and personal responsibility. The most effective way to fight it is to strengthen those institutions, teach history and civics honestly, and encourage active participation in our communities.
Ideas matter, but America will preserve its founding principles only if its citizens choose to live them out every day.
