@CollinMcDonnell @BeerAndSoulBlog @beerandpork I get it. I often reach for Platonic beer. I definitely wish I brewed a beer or two routinely

[Tim Sciascia @TimSciascia]

@JDuBBStarr hey! Enjoy that, but I hope you are ready to not sleep.

[Tim Sciascia @TimSciascia]

@intothebrew of course. Thanks for stopping in. Sorry I missed you, I'm on my honeymoon! Cheers man

Can we stop telling people about diacetyl? 99% of peeps don't know what it is. This guy's excited!

[Tim Sciascia @TimSciascia]

@ooh_aah_ilya you ass

[Tim Sciascia @TimSciascia]

@AndrewisBrewing I can't stand Shipyard beers that have it. Always the definition of d-bombs. I think they use ringwood. Maybe no longer

[Tim Sciascia @TimSciascia]

@AndrewisBrewing yeah it just works for me in some maltier styles. I don't want a buttery mess, but a touch adds a appreciable complexity

[Tim Sciascia @TimSciascia]

@AndrewisBrewing hah, what's your thoughts?

[Tim Sciascia @TimSciascia]

I am 100% one of those people whom loves diacetyl in some beers

[Tim Sciascia @TimSciascia]

Just because you have a Russian river tap handle doesn't mean you don't have to try with the other handles. You're going to lose!

[Tim Sciascia @TimSciascia]

I'm happy that style trends are cyclical. That means I'll be able to wear all my JNCO jeans again in a decade or so. If they fit! 🐷
