I emailed asking for a return and after several back-and-forth emails, they just stopped communicating with me. After MONTHS of ZERO responses from Waihna they finally told me “it has been too long to return I should try and sell it to a friend”.
@SouthwestAir - Killer Customer Service (Sarcasm)...change my direct flight to a 7+ hour trip, won't let me change my flight online and now almost 1.5 hours on hold!
@jlager@mercari_app You need to do something about your Customer Service or more accurate lack of. You are literally holding your sellers money and refusing to do more than send form emails requesting sensitive personal information. To top it all off you refuse to answer calls
@ChaseSupport That is a LIE! They send you to a supervisor which are NO help. This is the lack of customer service I am talking about. For the price the Reserve card and as much as I spend on your card I should be connected to someone who can ACTUALLY do something.
@ChaseSupport How do I as a customer speak with a REAL manager about your travel services? I have spent over 8+ hours trying to get two small items straightened out. I pay a lot for your Reserve Card and I am NOT seeing the value!
@ToughMudder You should be ashamed you hide behind a horrible vendor such as @active who takes weeks to respond, keeps people on hold over 30 minutes, hangs up on them and NOW I have to pay more for parking & have to ride a 30 plus minute shuttle ride! #lastevertoughmudder
@Darko_Dejanovic Just wanted you to know that you call center supervisor hung up on me and refused to give her name or send me to her manager. This is after 40 minutes in queue and two weeks of trying to have my problem fixed. #worstsupportever@ToughMudder
