They count all the ballots.

They stop and look at the results

If the Democrats have won, they announce the win.

If the Democrats lose, they print just enough Democrat votes to win, and then announce the win.

Then they destroy all of the ballots, leaving no evidence.

Gov. Gavin Newsom said he has a secret “break the glass” plan to prevent California from electing a Republican governor. He recently signed a law that states mail in ballots signatures do not have to match.
SB73 Section 3. Clause F reads : (f) A vote by mail voter observer shall not be permitted to challenge a signature on a vote by mail ballot return envelope pursuant to subdivision (a) of Section 3019, or on statements completed pursuant to subdivisions (d) and (e) of Section 3019, on the basis that they believe the signature does not compare with the signatures appearing in the voter’s registration record.

There’s no election integrity in California.
❌ Mail in ballots to every Californian and even if you moved state, you’ll still get a ballot.
❌ signatures do not need to match
❌ unsecured drop boxes that get vandalized and set on fire
❌ months of counting with ballots being flown in by helicopter.
❌ No voter ID
❌ “Honor system” for voter registration.

Gavin Newsom just signed Senate Bill 73 into law.

Ensuring rigging California elections through mail-in ballots, Dominion voting machines, and illegal aliens at the voting booth will be protected.

Prohibits law enforcement and armed personnel at polling stations.

Makes it illegal for law enforcement agencies to seize counterfeit ballots from election offices and warehouses.

It restricts law enforcement access to ballots, voter rolls, and voting systems without a warrant and oversight by his own state authorities.

Meanwhile, IDs are totally illegal—and 37 days to count ballot dumps after Election Day.

And keep in mind, why would the one-party state of California pass such a bill ? They want to keep it that way—since the new sheriff has come to town.

Steve Garvey was leading Adam Schiff with 1.8 million votes. And just like that, it was cut in half.

This is called the Glitch Switch. Adam Schiff got more votes in the end by a razor-thin margin.
