@medicosityy Beware: In my experience there's at least a 0.5% chance you'll get a very bad bruise from IV blood sample. In retrospect I think it was demonic possession - if your nurse looks like a zombie/alien, you could be in trouble! 🙁
It was my left arm in 2007, at a Brisbane hospital.

@msrlw I buy food weekly after church - under 10 MJ (MegaJoules). Carrots, pop corn & mushrooms. Can lose 2kg/week. 🙂
I recently got up to 97kg but now am down to 80kg. Have to lose 5 more.
It'd help if all products had MJ ratings on the front (total calories).

@davidicke @ickonic I only have to eat once/week (10 MegaJoules). Exercise wouldn't help with weight loss. It's more like an exorcism.🤔
Losing weight is much faster than gaining it (eat double or nothing).
To lose weight, only eat every second or third day (but more). A glutton eats large.

@HowThingsWork_ I've figured out cracking my brain-stem scores 10/10 on pain. My left shoulder cranks it for a few hrs, as I lay face-down on a pillow, after waking up.
I think it's related to a displaced top vertebra. There was a missing seat-belt once when I was ~14 & my head hit the roof. 🤔
