Test with a simple GP antenna for 420 MHz with a 3 m fishing pole and 3 meter RFC-400 coax outperformance previous tests with turnstyle antenna and Yagi. #tinygs

I’ve been off sats for a little while, but have been having fun receiving LoRa Satellites with the Lilygo node. Just using a 1/4 wave mag mount antenna that I found in the garage gave it a new life as the RX antenna.

Had a 433mhz Lilygo LoRa node looking for something to do. Loaded @tiny__GS firmware on it and connected it to a spare 1/4 wave antenna on the roof.

Did I just see... LoRa... on HF? This was recorded on 14205 kHz USB, from my station here in Adelaide, Australia. That looks very much like LoRa.
