How does your man feel about you today 💌❤️

Your man feels a bit insecure when it comes to you. They don't know if they can give you what you need. Sometimes they feel like they are out of your league and you can do better than them

Some reassurance is needed

my late great granny used to whisper these eerie superstitions into our ears and they never felt like myths, more like warnings:

1. don’t sit at the edge of a table, you’ll never get married

2. don’t walk over someone lying down, they’ll stop growing

3. don’t eat directly from the pot, you’ll marry an angry spouse

4. don’t call someone’s name while they’re sleeping

5. don’t share dreams before breakfast or they won’t come true

6. don’t kill a house gecko, bad luck will follow

7. don’t whistle or sing while bathing at night

8. don’t wear clothes inside-out, spirits will follow you

9. don’t sit on a pillow, you’ll get boils

10. don’t keep broken mirrors in the house

11. don’t call someone’s name three times at night, something else might answer

12. don’t sleep with your feet pointing toward the door, it invites spirits to take you first

13. don’t whistle in the forest or at night, you’re announcing yourself to things that hide

14. don’t leave a plate of food outside overnight, something may eat it before you do

15. don’t look directly into your reflection at midnight, you might see who’s looking back

16. don’t talk about death repeatedly, it attracts it

17. don’t sit alone under a big tree after dark, some trees are inhabited

18. don’t pick up money or objects found at crossroads, they’re sometimes offerings

19. don’t sleep with your hair loose and uncovered, spirits can hold it

20. don’t laugh loudly at night, laughter attracts attention in the unseen world

21. don’t leave chairs facing upright overnight, spirits might sit on them before morning

some warnings survive centuries because whatever caused them never left
