@Postvox packages marked as being sorted on the 30th of January and the 5th of February still not delivered. Just keep being told there are delays, it's just getting beyond ridiculous now! Why did you take on fast away deliveries if you didn't have the capacity?

@Postvox I've already contacted via Whatsapp,got no reply, online chat told me to contact the sender, it's not really very helpful when the package is stuck with an post. We've received a lot of Christmas cards in the last few days so the issue clearly isn't just packages.What's going on?

@NespressoUK vertuo machine returned after repair on Friday after being away for a week, machine is still leaking the same way as it was before it was taken away! Severely unimpressed that it looks like nothing was done with it and want it replaced immediately!
