Don't reach your breaking point before you stop gambling. Go low for a while and rebuild.

I lost so much between late 2019 and 2021. Infact I reached my breaking point middle of 2021. It felt like juju attack.

Before the death of a very good punter, he reached out to a lot of his contacts for money and was going through depression and he couldn’t post it here bcos he doesn’t want people to mock him for being broke.

He later got sick and died. Some punters are depressed too💔

The lesson here is that, learn to temporarily quit before you reach ur breaking point. The bookies are going no where. Take a break, go and rebuild yourself. I lost so much and it was a big setback but it could have been worse if I insisted I am not getting out at that moment.
