Her mother said in the interview that she has two daughters, so the girl apologizing is probably the younger one.

Her parents most likely forced her to make the apology video to protect the elder daughter, who is a minor or looks like one.

The girl on the right is clearly not 15. This case should still be pursued to identify those guys who instigated her or her sister into the abusive sloganeering.
