In a fast paced world like ours, the most effective way for continuous growth and improvement for me has been through the employment of what is known as “microlearning”.
@ChichiMalaika Say I’m taking a short drive from the office to a site and someone else is driving. I can read a page or two about something during the length of the drive, this helps me squeeze in those bits of knowledge.
Was my explanation helpful?
@ChichiMalaika Sure, I’ll speak from my person experience. I’ve wanted to learn the operation of certain systems, but with my busy work schedule, I don’t really get the time to do so. Now I learn almost everything in bits and eventually get all the information I need.
@Mrfizzy_10@FabrizioRomano The greatest players to ever grace the game gave penalties to their teammates even when they were racing for the golden boot. Palmer had a hat-trick already. Giving the ball would have shown teamwork and not the fight for individual accolades. Selfish of Palmer is all I can say.
