Actual review sites, like Metacritic, paint a very different story however. Rebirth is the second highest rated FF, until you account for the sheer volume of reviews. In which, it's technically the highest rated FF.
@theDebt_@Jackyraider96 No, it is accurate. There's 2 versions on Steam now because they separated the og and revamped ports. They showed the og PC port. The problem though is that the reviews are on Steam. They can be negative for literally any reason, from something not working to literally no reason.
- Rebirth is the 2nd highest rated FF game so clearly it did something right because a lot of people loved it. If you dont like it then that's ok, but don't bring down others for the opposite.
- despite being invited to an event to show off the game in front of EVERYONE. Is he a shill for that, or does it not count because he's said he didn't like it? Besides, it's not like he's alone in how he thinks. -
It was a team effort.
It's worth noting though that Kitase wanted Remake to be very different from the og game, at least according to interviews and stuff. Either way, all 3 returned for the Re-Trilogy so this point is mute. It is the same writer as the og though :)
@ScreenHeadd Nomura laid out basic concepts for characters and/or scenes (ie the return to Midgar)
Kitase had worked on the overall plot of the game while Nojima worked on the script and even wrote several of the twists in the og game.
- about why they're wrong and Im right. Im going to say my piece and move on. If someone contests that and wants to discuss it I can listen and then either agree or disagree and leave it at that.
You can dislike something without being toxic. You can even resent something without being toxic or a constant nagging into peoples ears. For example, I hate KHDDD. That doesnt mean Im going to nonstop talk about why I hate it or insult and/or invalidate others opinions-
@Avalked He was also extremely toxic towards people who genuinely wanted to have a conversation about it with him. So yes, I think it's fair to call it out for what it is: hate.
Did a bot hit my channel or something?
Why on earth does the release date for "Inside" have more views than my entire SotM song (not that Im complaining lol)
@c_closed228 I dont want to be one of those "errm actually" people buuuuuttt....it didnt take 13 years to make. It began development in 2013 and released 2019 :)
The white materia is made up of memories. I think it's likely it just showed her Aerith and the person she is, which includes her death. In Rebirth she also knows how she feels about Zack too.
@danielbogni Aerith isnt showing it, the white materia is. Also it doesnt calm her down. In the clip you're replying to she stops hugging Aerith and backs up scared.
