Now, given that Hearn said that all he did for this to happen was look through Rodríguez's BoxRec page and see that fight was a no-contest, ARE YOU TELLING ME THAT NOBODY WHO PUT THE FIGHT TOGETHER LOOKED AT RODRÍGUEZ'S RECORD BEFORE THEY MATCHED HIM UP WITH GALAL YAFAI?
@wbcmoro@WBCBoxing dirty scum bags @EddieHearn@MatchroomBoxing can’t wait to see you fight for your fighter against this decision 🙈👀 let’s see if you have the same energy as you did for Conor Benn 👀👀
RODRIGUEZ JR. WON'T BE BANNED FOR FAILING TEST
Following Francisco Rodriguez Jr.'s positive drugs test for the banned substance "heptaminol," he has been given a 12-month probation period with random testing.
His fight with Galal Yafai has been declared a no-contest with Yafai reinstated as WBC interim champion. The WBC have ordered an immediate rematch. (@ChavaESPN)
The WBC have now overturned Francisco Rodriguez Jr’s win over Galal Yafai to a no contest, reinstated Yafai as WBC ‘interim’ champion and ordered an immediate rematch because Rodriguez Jr tested positive for Heptaminol after the fight.
They have ruled that Rodriguez accidentally ingested the banned substance as he previously reported the use of an over-the-counter energy booster which he was unaware included it.
The WBC have made a request to the BBBofC to officially recognise their decision to rule the fight a no-contest and placed Rodriguez Jr under a 12-month probation period with random testing.

This is an open letter to Gareth Southgate.
Dear Gareth,
Play 2 out and out wingers, play foden as the 10 and Bellingham and rice in the middle. And tell Harry Kane he’s a striker not a centre back.
Kind Regards
Every England fan
