I’ve discovered a fantastic tool for learning English: Google Translate (specifically its new "Practice" feature).

Although it is currently still in beta, it works remarkably well—and best of all, it’s completely free!

I tested it out for users in mainland China and confirmed that you can indeed use it to learn English while operating in Chinese mode.
